Practices will start in March.

When are drop-in sessions?
Team drop-in sessions will start sometime in December and go through February.  Dates and times will be posted once we work out a schedule with North Jeffco Rec.

What equipment will my child need?
Lacrosse stick, lacrosse helmet with face guard, gloves, shoulder pads, arm guards, cleats (soccer, football, or lacrosse), mouth guard, athletic supporter and cup.

Rib pads are optional but recommended, depending on players position.

Where can I get a copy of the rules?
Ask your coach to see if they have a copy.  OR you can purchase a copy of the rule book fro $6.95 + $6.95 s&h from:
http://www.nfhs.com/index.asp?cmd=showcategory&param_0=68
You may want to order as a group for a couple books as there is a $10 minimum before s&h.

There are also few rule amendments from the NFHS rule book that you should ask your coach about.
